Pentiuk, Couvreur & Kobiljak, P.C. was founded in 1989 with a direct emphasis on serving housing cooperatives. We recognize that this unique form of housing offers many benefits for its residents, and our attorneys and staff dedicate much of their time to counselling and supporting our cooperative clients.
Our cooperative housing legal department is spearheaded by cooperative housing law expert Randall A. Pentiuk. Mr. Pentiuk has served over 50 cooperative clients nationwide. In addition to his work for clients, he currently serves as the Vice President for the State of Michigan in the Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives (MAHC) and as a member of the board for the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC). He has written several legal primers on various topics integral to cooperative housing law, and teaches classes on topics each year at the annual conferences of MAHC and NAHC.
